Join us for our 33rd Year! SEPTEMBER 27-OCTOBER 1, 2010
231-798-2161 Maranatha 4759 Lake Harbor Muskegon, MI 49441 OUR BEAUTIFUL FACILITY IS ON THE SHORE OF LAKE MICHIGAN, NEAR MUSKEGON, MICHIGAN.
THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER GREAT YEAR. More writers joined us than ever before. If you missed this writers' conference, plan to attend next year. Nowhere else will you find the opportunity to be part of a relatively small group of writers while learning from gifted, top-notch instructors. You will find fast-paced, information-packed sessions with many opportunities to choose those subjects of special interest to you. Participants receive the benefit of one-on-one conferences with authors, editors, and publishers. Past participants have found the combination to be “stimulating and inspiring.” DON'T MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY!
We've left our 2009 information on our site while preparing for 2010. WE'LL BE ADDING 2010 DETAILS SOON.
UPDATE: OUR 2010 FACULITY WILL INCLUDE LYNN AUSTIN, CRYSTAL BOWMAN, DENNIS HENSLEY, HOLLY MILLER, MARY LOU REDDING, SALLY STUART, JAMES SNYDER, AND JAMES WATKINS.
ALSO, WE WELCOME BACK JERRY JENKINS. HE TAUGHT IN THE EARLY YEARS OF OUR CONFERENCE AND RETURNS AS A SPECIAL GUEST FOR 2010.
WE WILL BE AGAIN BE HAVING CONTESTS AND EDITORS AVAILABLE TO REVIEW YOUR MANUSCRIPTS.
This conference takes advantage of an awesome setting. Fall in Michigan comes with riotous autumn colors and cool breezes drifting off beautiful Lake Michigan. Your favorite sweatshirts and jeans are the expected wardrobe. Comfortable facilities and mouth-watering food complete the perfect time and place to focus on your writing skills.
WRITE WITH PURPOSE "Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails." Proverbs 19:21
Our conference staff and past participants are saddened by the loss of our long-time director, Leona Hertel, who went to be with her Lord on March 14, 2009. We will miss her deeply, but are working to continue her goal of providing unique, individual attention to help writers serve their Lord.
